Step 1: Find the Flounder

If you can't find them you can't catch them. Look for steep drop offs and "holes" along the shoreline. This is where the flounder will be hiding.

Step 2: Bait

Flounder are bottom feeding, ambush predators. You are going to want to use a rig that gets your bait to the bottom, within the flounders strike zone.

Step 3: Set the Hook

Flounder don't swallow the bait right when they hit it. If you feel a flounder on the other end of the line wait about 15-20 seconds before pulling hard and setting the hook!
